Feona is looking for a new office, and she has just found the right place. The owner, Joe, is
a little strange but who cares the rent is cheap! But little does Feona know that she has just walked
into the office to hell. This old man is not what he seems to be. This perverted psychopath knows
what it takes to lure his prey. Struck severely in the head by a hammer, strangled by her own stocking,
Feona fights and gasps for breath.
